We believe matchday is for everyone. That’s why we work hard to make Allianz Field accessible for all fans in attendance, through offerings such as ADA seating and parking, complimentary sensory kits, closed captioning options and more.
ADA Seating
For ADA-accessible seating, contact the Minnesota United Ticket Office at 763.4SOCCER (763.476.2237) or visit us online at mnufc.com/tickets.
Entry and Dropoff
For the convenience of our guests, all gates at Allianz Field are equipped with easily-accessible lines to minimize wait times. All entry lanes at Allianz Field are ADA-compliant. If you have a medical condition or a medical card that prevents you from being inspected by a metal detector or passing through a magnetometer, an alternative method of screening can be used.
The Allianz Field ADA drop-off point is located on the east side of the stadium, which can be accessed from Pascal St. N. and Central Ave. W.
Sensory Kits
Our club has partnered with Fraser to provide Sensory Kits at Allianz Field for individuals and families with sensory processing differences. The kits include tools to use when an environment feels over- or under-stimulating. There are visual and communication tools to help individuals more actively engage in an experience, environmental modification tools to limit the intake of overwhelming stimuli, and safety tools so families are supported if they get separated during an outing. Fraser sensory kits will be made available, free-of-charge, for fans with sensory processing differences at guest services. These bags will be reusable and deemed as medical bags so that they can be brought in and utilized at each Allianz Field home game. Please limit one per family.
Closed Captioning
To help enhance accessibility for all fans throughout the stadium, closed captioning can be found both on the ribbon board in front of Sections 27 and 118 as well as within the MNUFC app. To find this feature in the app, simply click the Matchday tab, scroll to the Guest Services section, and click on the Closed Captioning button.
Parking
Have accessibility needs? We recommend purchasing a parking pass in the Cub Foods Lot. Additionally, the Allianz Field ADA drop off is located on the east side of the stadium accessed from Pascal and Central. If you are unable to find what you’re looking for, give us a call at 763.4SOCCER or email us at tickets@mnufc.com and we’ll do our best to help accommodate your needs based on availability.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at each gate to assist in getting guests from the gates to their seating area and back. If assistance is needed, guests should notify the closest guest experience staff representative to request wheelchair assistance when they arrive at the stadium via any entry gate. Wheelchair assistance is limited to getting to and from seating sections and emergency assistance. If a guest wishes to have a wheelchair for general use while visiting Allianz Field, they will need to arrange to bring their own wheelchair to the stadium.
Assisted-Listening Devices
Assisted-listening devices are available for checkout at the guest services booth located behind Section 8 on MNUFC gamedays.
