We try to make matchday as accessible as possible for every one of our fans. We have ADA seating and parking options, complimentary sensory kits for guests with sensory processing differences, closed captioning options, and more.

Bag Policy

Minnesota United encourages fans not to bring a bag. The following, however, are permitted:

One clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
Guests may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 5" x 9", with or without a strap.
Diaper and medical bags are allowed with no size restrictions.

Bags will be checked and tagged by security upon entering Allianz Field.

Lil’ Loons

Allianz Field is incredibly welcoming for lil’ loons! Kiddos 2 and under don’t need a ticket as long as they’re sitting on an adult’s lap. Families can bring in diaper bags and milk/formula as needed. We’ve got baby changing stations in every restroom. And, we have a very nice Mother’s Room, furnished by Target, in the southeast corner of the stadium. Check out our A-Z Guide for even more info for families.

Parking & Transportation

We’ve got several parking lots around the stadium. You can buy parking passes ahead of time or pay via cash or credit at the lots. Or, even better, take advantage of one of the many convenient public transit options.

Supporters Groups

You’ll notice a group of raucous fans having a rocking good time in the south stands. Those are our Supporters, an independent group of fans who lead the stadium in chants, cheers, and general revelry. Learn more about how you can join the fun.

Tickets

All of our tickets are digital (we’re fancy like that) and available through SeatGeek. We have a Ticket Office on the Northeast side of the stadium for resolving issues, but no tickets are sold on site.

What You Can Bring

Items you can bring into the stadium include empty, clear, plastic water bottles; umbrellas; and bags that abide by our bag policy. Common items you can’t bring in include any outside food or beverage; thermoses and other non-plastic water bottles; and noisemakers. Reference our A-Z Guide for the full list.

When to Get There

Parking lots generally open 2.5 hours prior to kickoff, as does the Sun Country Lawn Layover (for all MLS games beginning on May 10). Stadium gates generally open 90 minutes prior to the game. Check out each game’s Know Before You Go article to confirm details.
